Meetlocal artists in their studios, browse their artwork, or head to the lively fish market for asavory lunch of fresh grilled fish caught just this morning. A short walk along the beachat low tide reveals the crumbling ruins of the fort of Borj El Barod, and a boat ride to theisland of Mogador offers glimpses of the rare Eleanora's falcon. Should you fancywatersports, you may even want to try one of the many offered on the popular localbeaches, including surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, bodyboarding, and kayaking. If youare feeling somewhat tired from your travels, Essaouira is a perfect place to recoup - sitin one of the many beachside cafes on Place Moulay Hassan, relax, and watch thewaves roll in with a mint tea and a Moroccan pastry.

Breakfast will be served at your Riad, after which a knowledgeable local guide will leadyou through the labyrinth of Marrakech's winding alleyways, hidden gardens, and secretsouks. You will continue to the Djemaa el Fna, the principal cultural space in Marrakechand a UNESCO World Heritage Site, beside which the minaret of the Koutoubia Mosquecan be seen towering into the sky. In the evening, this square overflows with food stalls,dancers, acrobats, fortune tellers, musicians, and henna artists. Following your tour, youwill have free time, whether pampering at a local spa with a massage or further exploringthe medina's souks. We will spend the night at our hotel in Marrakech.

Pick up from your accommodation in Marrakech. We start by crossing the High AtlasMountains, passing many charming Berber villages en route, and ascending to thehighest peak of Tickha, where there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the stunning andpicturesque views of the High Atlas Mountains range. We will visit the Telouet Kasbah,built in the 18th century. This magnificent stronghold was the residence of the influentialGlaoui family, who played a significant role in Moroccan politics. We will also visit the AitBen Haddou Kasbah, a famous 17th-century fortress classified by UNESCO, to preserveand protect this renowned site. Over the years, its fame built on its appearances in filmssuch as Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, andPrince of Persia. You will have lunch at a restaurant near the Kasbah. The journey takesyou past Skoura city, through the Valley of Roses towards Kalaat Megouna, and finally,entering Boumalne Dades, where you will have dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, our journey will be scenic toward the picturesque Todra Gorge in Tinghir.The awe-inspiring views of the gorge and its flowing river make it a sought-afterdestination for hikers. As you continue your journey, you'll pass through the desert townsof Erfoud and Rissani, each offering unique glimpses into the local culture andheritage.As the drive concludes at the edge of the desert, prepare for an extraordinaryexperience as you mount your camels or hop into the 4WD vehicle, venturing into thebeautiful pink sands of Morocco's highest dunes. Take your time to wander and explorethe dunes before settling down to witness the captivating sunset. As the evening sets in,indulge in a delectable Moroccan cuisine dinner and enjoy the melodic tunes oftraditional live music around the campfire. Engage in conversations with locals, embracethe rhythmic beats through drumming lessons, or bask in the tranquil ambiance of thedesert.
