Itinerary

Our agent will pick you up from Tangier Port to visit the city, depending on your arrival.This whitewashed hillside medina is home to the Dar el Makhzen, a palace of theSultans that's now a museum of Moroccan artifacts. The American Legation Museum,also in the medina, documents new diplomatic relations between the U.S. and Morocco in an 1821 Moorish-style former consulate. We will visit also Hercules caves shaped inthe African continent.In this cavern, Hercules allegedly rested during his labor with an opening in the shape ofthe African continent, as well as the 1000ft site above sea level at the entrance of thestrait of Gibraltar. The visit also includes the Kasbah museum which used to be thehouse of the former sultan's palace of Dar El Makhzen from prehistoric times to the 19thcentury enjoying the charming Andalusian garden. Overnight stay in Tangier.

Departure from Tangier to Chefchaouen via Rif Mountains. Ait Ben Haddou is a historical site along the former caravan route betweenthe desert and Marrakech.
